对于应用在航空航天、军事设备、医疗设备等领域的同轴电缆，对材料选型、结构设计和制造工艺上提出了更苛刻的要求。为了满足市场需求，亿讯开发了低噪音、轻重量，耐高温、耐腐蚀、高阻燃的同轴电缆。例如应用在医疗成像、超声或内窥镜的微型同轴电缆，外径仅有0.2mm，具有高柔软性、低介电强度、可直接焊接在PCB板的优点。

lightweight coaxial cables


亿讯开发了用于飞机和直升机的轻型同轴电缆。通过采用铝导体和铝丝编织屏蔽，重量较常规同轴电缆降低了30%。本款产品有着优越的电气性能和机械性能，特性阻抗为50Ω，在1GHz下的衰减为0.15dB/m，能适配6GHz和18GHz的组件,使用温度范围为-55~+180℃，抗压特性为100daN/100mm。


Axon' has developed lightweight coaxial cables for aircrafts and helicopters. By using aluminum conductor and aluminum wire braided shield, the weight is reduced by 30% compared to conventional coaxial cable. This product has excellent electrical and mechanical properties, characteristic impedance of 50Ω, attenuation of 0.15dB/m at 1GHz, can be adapted to 6GHz and 18GHz components, the use of temperature range of -55~+180℃, compression characteristics of 100daN/100mm.
