慕尼黑上海电子生产设备展 (Productronica China)将于2024年3月20日至22日在上海新国际博览中心举行。届时，Axon'将作为参展商之一，亮相于E5馆-5640展位。

Productronica China will be held from March 20th to 22nd, 2024 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. At that time, Axon' will appear as one of the exhibitors at Hall E5- Booth 5640.

Axon' specializes in the design and manufacture of high-quality connectors, cables and harnesses，for aerospace, automotive industry, Oil & Gas, research institute, medical devices and etc. Axon' has extensive experience in the field of interconnection.

NO.3 机器局部介绍

1、上料单元

Feeding Module

a) 柔性振动盘加视觉定位方式，配合机械手捉取，可通过更换夹取工具及更换程序适配大部分常规散装物料上料。

a) A flexible vibrating disk with visual positioning mode, along with the robot for catching, can be replaced by clamping tools and replacement procedures to adapt to most conventional bulk material loading.


b) 振动盘上料方式，通过碗型及直线压电式振动盘，给散装物料上料。
b) The vibratory plate loading method, through the bowl type and linear piezoelectric vibration plate, loads bulk materials.

c) 料带式上料，通过电/气缸驱动组合，给料带式物料上料。
c) Belt loading, through the electric/cylinder drive combination, feeds the belt material.

d) 料带棘轮定位上料，通过电机驱动棘轮转动，适合需要视觉控制的设备。
d) The material belt ratchet is positioned and loaded, with the ratchet driven by the motor to rotate. It is suitable for equipment requiring visual control.


2、传动单元

Transmission Module

a) 皮带传动，治具与皮带没有刚性连接，可快速换线，方便调节，适合柔性产线。

a) Belt drive, with no rigid connection between the fixture and the belt, can be quickly changed, and is easy to adjust, suitable for flexible production lines.


b) 转盘传动，通过分度盘机构达成多工位循环产线。

b) Rotary disk drive, through the index plate mechanism to achieve multi-station cycle production lines.


c) 直线传动，通过伺服电机驱动达成直线传动。

c) Linear transmission, through the servo motor drive to achieve linear transmission.


d) 4/6轴机械手，适合柔性产线。

d) 4/6 axis manipulator for flexible production lines.


3、加工单元

Machining Module

a) 电缸插针机构，高精度，适合柔性生产线。

a) Electric cylinder pin mechanism, high precision, suitable for flexible production lines.


b) 凸轮插针机构，高速度，低成本。

b) CAM pin mechanism, high speed, low cost.


c) 切断机构

 -适用于料带端子切断工艺。

c) Cut-off module

-Suitable for cutting process of material strip terminals.


d) 热压机构

-适用注塑件热压热熔工艺。

d) Hot pressing module

-Suitable for hot pressing process or hot melt process for injection molding parts.


e) 折弯机构

-适用于端子折弯工艺。

e) Bending module

-Suitable for terminal bending process.


f) 注胶机构

-适用于需要注胶需求的产品。

f) Gluing module

-Suitable for products requiring glue injection.


4、检测单元

Detecting Module

a) CCD检测

-适用于2D尺寸检测，以及部分产品的表面缺陷检测。

a) CCD detection

-Suitable for 2D dimensional inspection and surface defect detection of some products.


b) 3D激光扫描仪

-适用于对高度有检测需求的产品。

b) 3D laser scanner

-Suitable for products with high detection requirements.


c) 接触式距离检测仪

-适用于某些内腔空间较窄的连接器内部探针高度检测。

c) Contact distance detector

-Suitable for some connectors with narrow inner cavity space internal probe height detection.


5、包装单元

Packaging Module

a) 载带全自动包装方案

a) Full-automatic packing scheme for carrier belt


b) 托盘全自动包装方案

b) Pallet automatic packaging solution
