功能：适用于薄和厚金属镀层的检测。

用途：可以精准测量各种导线、连接器产品的镀层厚度。例如铝基材，化学镀镍等镀层厚度；铜基材，镀镍底层厚度，表面镀锡、银、金层厚度等。

精度：微聚焦管0.1mm2准直器可以达到在很短的测量距离内取样，测量精度达0.001um。
